A bowl of protein soft serve swirled with cookie dough bits
High-Protein Desserts

Cookie Dough Ice Cream for One

This is the single-serve fix for when the cookie dough craving hits and a full batch of dough isn't the answer. The base blends up like real soft serve, and the little dough bits folded in at the end give you that unmistakable cookie dough bite in almost every spoonful.

It's a genuinely filling bowl for one person, between the protein powder and the frozen banana it eats more like a meal than a snack. The dough bits are egg-free and safe to eat raw.

  5. Eat immediately.

Tips & swaps

  • The dough bits are raw and egg-free, so they're safe to eat straight, don't skip the almond flour, regular flour tastes chalky uncooked.
  • For a thicker soft serve, use less almond milk and more ice.
  • Swap the vanilla protein powder for chocolate for a chocolate chip cookie dough version.
